Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant brands or outlets is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on insights and KPIs.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across marketing channels.
• Maintain brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
• Oversee website content and digital customer engagement initiatives.
• Track digital performance metrics and prepare campaign reports.
• Plan and manage marketing events, product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution.
• Evaluate event performance and ROI.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Present marketing performance reports to senior management.
