Job summary

Advanced Search Group is seeking a Head of Procurement to steer the organization’s procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective, compliant procurement for goods and services across large-scale projects.

The role requires a strong leadership record, extensive procurement experience, and expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, risk mitigation, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CIPS) are desirable.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring quality, compliance, and value for money.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
