Job summary

EY Parthenon in the MENA region is recruiting a Valuations Senior Manager to lead valuations and modelling for Oil & Gas clients, addressing strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and fair value documentation.

You'll deliver large-scale assignments, mentor teams, and drive growth through client relationships and proactive solution positioning, while writing and presenting valuation reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• At least 7 years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients with a significant part spent working at a Big 4.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations, and Fair Valuations.
• Financial modeling skills, including building and reviewing models for Energy businesses.
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and Financial Reporting.

• Drive growth through business development and solution positioning.
• Draft presentations and reports, formulate views, presenting conclusions to client and teams.
