Job summary

EY Parthenon in Bahrain is seeking a Valuations Senior Manager/Director to lead complex valuations and modelling for major Oil & Gas clients. You will mentor teams, drive growth through business development, and deliver high-quality reports and client-ready presentations.

The role requires 7+ years in valuation within Oil & Gas/Energy, a Big 4 background, strong financial modeling, and proven ability to produce valuation reports for M&A and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• 7+ years valuation experience with Oil & Gas/Energy clients, Big 4 background.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, PPA and Fair Valuations.
• Strong financial modeling skills for energy businesses.
• Proven ability to write and own valuation reports for M&A and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations and modelling assignments for large Oil & Gas clients.
• Draft presentations and reports; formulate views and present conclusions.
• Contribute to business development through solution positioning.
