Job summary

EY Parthenon in Bahrain seeks a Valuations Senior Manager to support MENA Oil and Gas clients with strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value work.

You will lead valuations and modelling assignments, draft client-ready reports, and present conclusions to senior teams while driving growth through cross-selling and solutions development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of valuation work experience with Oil and Gas/Energy clients, including Big 4 exposure.
• Experience managing valuation projects for M&A, Purchase Price Allocations and Fair Valuations.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to write and own valuation reports.

Your key responsibilities

• As a Valuations Senior Manager you ll be working on large Oil and Gas clients delivering valuations and modelling projects to high standards.
• You will also be engaged in driving growth through business development and active solution positioning.
• You ll perform valuations and modelling assignments as well as being involved in drafting presentations and reports, formulating views, presenting conclusions to client and teams.

• Have commercial drive and hunger for business development.
• Made progress towards a CFA CA or other professional qualification.
