Job summary

Meraki Talent is recruiting an Associate Director (Valuations) for Bahrain to lead advisory engagements across valuations and corporate finance. You will oversee teams, manage senior client relationships and drive project delivery from due diligence to financial modeling.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA qualification.
• Several years of experience in Valuation and Corporate Finance, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in valuations, restructuring, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuation, M&A, IPO, and fundraising advisory engagements.
• Lead transaction due diligence and financial analysis.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 6–10 professionals across multiple engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and contribute to business development.
