Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Management Engineering Professional (Project Lead Engineering) to oversee complex engineering, construction, and commissioning projects from inception to completion at on-site locations. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The candidate should have extensive experience in GIS/AIS substations, BOQ estimation, FAT coordination, and cross-discipline coordination with civil & MEP teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of work experience in engineering projects.
• 6-8 years in a lead role preferred.
• Experience in design & engineering for utility substations (GIS/AIS).

Responsibilities

• Coordination of project engineering activities and review of deliverables.
• Liaise with stakeholder for schedule, scope changes and technical discussions.
• Review equipment specs and BOQ, monitor supplier deliverables and FAT.
• Manage change, risk, and opportunities during execution and tendering.
• Coordination with civil and MEP disciplines for interfaces and documentation.
