Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical) with 14–16 years in PM within large industrial or infrastructure settings, strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or related technical field.
• 14–16 years of progressive experience in project management within engineering, construction and commissioning environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale engineering projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and implement risk management strategies.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring adherence to specifications and contracts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Conduct project reviews, assess performance against metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and methodologies.
