Job summary

DTEB Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Senior Architect to lead structural design and project delivery on Bahrain-based projects. The role involves supervising design activities from concept through construction, coordinating with architectural and MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive GCC experience, a strong leadership profile, and excellent communication skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Post graduate qualifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design for buildings and infrastructure.
• Review calculations, drawings, and design reports for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain regs and international codes.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Manage deliverables from concept to construction with deadlines.
• Provide site support including inspections and technical queries.
