Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates is seeking an experienced professional to join the development team in Bahrain. The role focuses on master planning, consultant coordination, and pre-contract activities, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to drive successful development outcomes.

Responsibilities include reviewing feasibility studies, coordinating with clients, and ensuring deliverables align with strategy and client requirements within a GCC context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the GCC.
• Experience in master planning, development management, infrastructure design and pre-contract activities.
• Strong consultant coordination, stakeholder management and technical review skills.
• Experience in Bahrain would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development strategy by reviewing feasibility studies and identifying key project components.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Review and coordinate master plans, subdivision designs, layouts, community facilities and landscaping proposals.
• Manage and review consultant deliverables, ensuring alignment with the development strategy and client requirements.
• Support the preparation of RFPs, scopes of work, tender documentation and consultant prequalification.
• Review architectural, engineering and infrastructure drawings, specifications and tender packages.
• Coordinate with project management, cost management and construction teams to address design and development-related issues.
• Monitor consultant performance, project programmes, budgets and deliverables.
• Support feasibility and viability assessments and contribute to the evaluation of design and development options.

Role:
