Job summary

Havelock One Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee complex joinery projects from site surveys through manufacturing and delivery. You will coordinate the setting out team, manage shop drawings, and ensure materials, timelines, and budgets align with client expectations.

The role requires a decade of experience in manufacturing joinery, strong technical capability with timber and hardware, and proficiency in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Expert in joinery setting out from site survey to manufacturing drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong knowledge of timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware.
• Technical/execution capability to solve issues with materials such as glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics.
• Proficient in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with FSC, LEED, FR standards, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned projects.
• Oversee shop drawings preparation and submittal process.
• Review project program, schedules, and manage client expectations.
• Lead coordination with production departments; check materials details and oversee variations.
• Oversee material procurement and planning to ensure materials arrive before production.
• Prepare project status reports and issue cutting lists to manufacturing.
• Coordinate with site team for timely site surveys or alternative options when surveys are not possible.
