Job summary

Havelock Ahi Wll is seeking a Setter Out professional to lead detailed shop drawings in joinery projects. You will review project kick-offs, prepare schedules, and manage the submittal process with a focus on timber, laminates, and hardware.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in joinery settings, strong AutoCAD/MS Office skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment while coordinating with site and factory teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of setting out and detailed shop drawings in joinery manufacturing.
• Experience from site survey through to manufacturing take-off and ordering.
• Sound knowledge of timber, boards, laminates, metal, hardware and acrylics.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project details from the project kick-off.
• Prepare the project drawings schedule.
• Manage shop drawings preparation and submittal process.
• Check materials details and incorporate into shop drawings.
• Clarify discrepancies with line manager.
