Yokogawa is seeking a senior sales professional to lead front-end sales for instrumentation products and solutions, covering EPC-led opportunities and major accounts. You will guide opportunities from identification to quotation, maintaining strong customer relations and technical positioning across the region.

Formación

• Master degree in instrumentation, control systems, automation or electrical engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in the automation field, preferably with instrumentation project sales (pressure, level, temp, flow, gas analyzers).
• Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycles, tender evaluation and cost estimation.
• Experience with EPC customers and traveling for client meetings (40%+).
• Proficient in using CRM and sales tools to manage opportunities and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end sales activities for the PCI (Field Instruments) unit across key accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with EPCs, end users, and industrial clients.
• Drive negotiations and support technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Manage quotations, tenders, and technical clarifications; convert opportunities into orders.
• Coordinate with proposal, engineering, procurement and operations teams to offer competitive solutions.
• Ensure CRM updates and regular reporting of sales activities.
