Job summary

Alzayani Investments in Bahrain seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, ensure IFRS compliance, and provide strategic guidance to support growth. This role reports to the CFO.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance management, ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA, strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/financial reporting experience.

Based in Manama, the position is on-site with a focus on delivering accurate financial statements and strategic controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and board presentations.
• Oversee intercompany balances across group entities.
• Coordinate annual consolidated budget and audits.
• Provide ad-hoc financial reporting to support decision-making.
• Maintain bank facility schedules and reports for bank meetings.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and banking transactions.
• Monitor FX movements and currency bookings.
• Review insurance coverages and quotes across divisions.
• Prepare and supervise ERP entries, payroll reconciliations, and payments.
• Manage fixed assets, accruals, VAT support, and month-end reconciliations.
• Deliver monthly entity statements and final consolidated reporting per IFRS.
