Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a proactive Sales Operations role to support the sales team across multiple regions. You will follow up with Sales members to maintain and validate opportunities, review order documents, and coordinate with country managers and finance to provide timely updates.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvements, and collaboration across teams in a global, inclusive culture, with opportunities to grow within Yokogawa’s international organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate sales opportunities, forecasts, probabilities in YODA and related systems.
• Review order documents and take steps to complete Order transfer to OH.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Country Managers, Business Units, Proposal teams, Finance, and Channel Partners to obtain timely business updates.
• Support Channel Partner management, including monthly business reviews, target monitoring, agreement documentation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Monitor proposal and approval workflows, including GM sheets, approval matrices, and required management approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal audits, compliance reviews, and sales-process requirements.
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes and action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders until actions are completed.
• Assist in improving sales administration processes, data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and coordination across teams.”
