Job description

Fospe Technologies W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive software sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Promote and sell software solutions, AI products, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales
• Strong customer relationship management and account management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Valid driving license preferred
• Willingness to travel frequently within Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling ERP, CRM, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions
• Existing business network in Bahrain and/or Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with government, enterprise, or SME clients
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
