Job summary

Diamond Software is seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to join our Bahrain team. You will leverage an existing network to generate opportunities, approach decision-makers, and close B2B ERP deals.

You will identify customer needs, conduct ERP presentations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, building long-term relationships with corporate clients and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• ERP experience is an advantage; business software or enterprise technology sales preferred.
• Strong Bahrain market contacts and proven lead generation and closing track record.
• Experience dealing with senior management and business owners; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job description

Diamond Software is looking for a highly driven and well-connected Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain. We are specifically looking for someone who already has a strong network and established business contacts in the Bahrain market and can actively generate opportunities, approach decision-makers, and close B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through an existing professional network and active prospecting
• Approach business owners, CEOs, CFOs, General Managers and other key decision-makers
• Identify customer requirements and position Diamond ERP solutions accordingly
• Conduct professional ERP presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and initial meeting through proposal, negotiation and closing
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams during the sales and handover process

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience
• Previous experience in ERP is an advantage; business software, IT solutions or enterprise technology sales is strongly preferred
• Strong existing business contacts and market connections in Bahrain are essential
• Proven track record of generating leads independently and closing B2B deals
• Strong experience dealing directly with senior management and business owners
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
• Good understanding of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, HR/Payroll, POS or related operations is an advantage
• Bahrain/GCC market experience preferred
• Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage
