• Achieve assigned sales targets through inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
• Convert leads and customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Contact prospective and existing customers to promote products, offers, and services.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending inquiries to close sales.
• Recommend complementary products, accessories, warranties, and value-added services.
• Promote special offers, product bundles, and new launches to increase sales.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Coordinate with store and operational teams regarding product availability, orders, and deliveries.
• Ensure timely follow-up until sales are successfully completed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Submit sales reports and monitor performance against assigned targets.
• Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate complaint resolution.
• Maintain product knowledge and adhere to company sales processes and customer service standards.
