Job summary

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor – Arabic Speaker to lead our Greek / Mediterranean restaurant team. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure personalised guest experiences for Arabic-speaking guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily restaurant operation and ensure smooth service.

• Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational requirements.
• Monitor restaurant supplies and assist with stock control.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
