Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Leader to oversee the smooth and efficient daily operation of the reservations department, ensuring every guest contacting us receives an exceptional level of service and care at all times.

You will ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day, support Sales and other departments to guarantee guests have an enjoyable stay, and use Opera PMS to manage reservations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in a similar role at Accor Hotels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure the smooth, efficient daily operation of the reservations department.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
• Support Sales and other departments to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay and optimal occupancy.
