Role Overview

Our Client is a well-established banking institution in Bahrain seeking a skilled Senior DocuSign Developer to lead the implementation and integration of DocuSign solutions across their digital banking operations. The successful candidate will bring hands‑on experience in document workflow automation within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions aligned to banking workflows and business requirements.
• Integrate DocuSign APIs with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Configure and customise DocuSign templates, workflows, and automated routing processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of DocuSign integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation for all DocuSign configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on DocuSign platform usage.
• Ensure all digital document workflows comply with banking regulations and data security standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on DocuSign development and API integration experience.
