Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the Digital Banking domain. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong PMO experience, and a track record using Agile and PMI methodologies in banking or FinTech environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience on medium to large-scale technology, digital, or banking projects.
• Experience with Agile, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Experience handling executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource management.
• Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, or Tech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Drive PMO governance, controls, reporting, and compliance with standards.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions logs.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and KPI dashboards.
• Support governance committees with senior leadership updates.
• Oversee project budgets and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
• Lead change management and milestone tracking.
• Ensure lessons learned and closure documentation are maintained.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic business and technology initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk control, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have strong PMO experience, banking or digital banking exposure, and expertise in Agile and PMI project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Drive PMO governance, project controls, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and capacity plans.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decision logs.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and project presentations.
• Support governance committees and provide project updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee project financials, cost-benefit analysis, budget utilization, and expenditure tracking.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Lead change management, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and project delivery governance.
• Ensure lessons learned, best practices, and project closure documentation are maintained.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale technology, digital, or banking projects.
• Even experience in Agile, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Experience handling executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Strong experience in project budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource management.
• Experience in Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, or Technology environments preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
