TAT IT Technolgies in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic banking and digital initiatives. You will drive governance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in banking or digital domains, with strong Agile/PMI proficiency and stakeholders management. This role emphasizes governance reporting and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale technology, digital, or banking projects.
• Even experience in Agile, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Experience handling executive stakeholders and governance committees.
• Strong experience in project budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource management.
• Experience in Banking, Digital Banking, FinTech, or Technology environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Drive PMO governance, project controls, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and capacity plans.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decision logs.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and project presentations.
• Support governance committees and provide project updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee project financials, cost-benefit analysis, budget utilization, and expenditure tracking.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Lead change management, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and project delivery governance.
• Ensure lessons learned, best practices, and project closure documentation are maintained.

Job Summary
