Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

You’ll work remotely with US business hours, build targeted accounts, and collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging. A strong focus on metrics and performance will be essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales Lead Generation.
• Experience with Cold calling, Email outreach, and Sales engagement platforms.
• Familiarity with Outreach.io, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect lists and research target accounts.
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Manage multi-touch sales sequences and campaigns.
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings.
• Update CRM records and maintain pipeline accuracy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams.
