You’ll manage the full lifecycle of outbound campaigns—from inbox placement to optimization and client communication—working with founders, outreach teams, and developers to scale results. This role requires ownership, startup pace, and the ability to solve both technical and client-facing challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cold email campaigns for agencies, startups or outbound teams.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, inbox health, and domain reputation.
• Proven ability to optimize subject lines, body copy, and sequences for high response.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own client campaign performance, deliverability, and retention for 20–30 active accounts.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and improve inbox placement.
• Write and test outbound copy, sequences, and personalization strategies.
• Build and maintain campaign SOPs and operational docs.
• Collaborate with founders, outreach, and engineering teams to scale campaigns.
