Job summary

Tieto is seeking a highly motivated Copywriting Manager for a freelance/project engagement in Bahrain's capital region. You will lead content strategy, craft compelling narratives, and shape brand voice across website, social, email, ads, and product copy.

You will manage a team of copywriters and freelancers, coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams, and plan content calendars while optimizing copy for SEO, readability, and conversions based on performance data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or marketing is a plus.
• Proven copywriting and content creation skills with a diverse portfolio across channels.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand voice across website, social, email, ads, product copy, and press materials.
• Lead and manage copywriters, freelancers, and contributors to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Plan and execute content calendars, set deadlines, and oversee end-to-end copy processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to translate complex ideas into clear copy.
• Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversions, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, tone, grammar, and style to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide guidance on campaign concepts and creative direction to improve ROI.
• Monitor competitors and trends to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for copywriting projects.
