Job summary

Binance in Manama, BH, is seeking a Content Editor for a full-time on-site role. You will edit and rewrite across blog, global comms, and product content, ensuring quality and consistency before publishing.

You will support weekly content planning, apply Tone of Voice guidelines, draft crisis and executive comms, and help produce long-form and short-form materials for various audiences. Crypto/fintech interest and strong editing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Native or fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven editorial experience.
• Strong track record specifically in editing/rewriting others' work, not just writing your own.
• Comfortable applying Tone of Voice and style guidelines consistently across formats.
• Able to work calmly and quickly under pressure.
• Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
• Proactive and reliable to own work end-to-end without close oversight.
• Able to multitask and meet tight, sometimes same-day deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide editing and rewrite support across blog, global comms, and product content, ensuring quality before publishing.
• Support weekly content planning to keep workflows on track.
• Enforce Tone of Voice guidelines across content and refresh as needed.
• Draft crisis comms and executive comms under senior guidance with fast turnarounds.
• Support special-format content packages (e.g., white papers, reports).
• Draft content for media partnerships and product/campaign content.
• Write and edit global comms pieces and long-form content from first pass to polished copy.
• Produce long-form drafts end-to-end, from first pass to final copy.
• Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately against deadlines.
