UNIPAL is seeking a Content Director to lead our multi-market content engine, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping brand voice across Bahrain, KSA, Oman, Qatar, and forthcoming markets. This role owns the full content lifecycle from strategy to execution.

The position requires proven content leadership, the ability to scale output while preserving quality, and fluency in Arabic with bilingual capabilities being a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven content leadership across multiple markets (agency, startup or brand).
• Experience building and leading a multi-channel content operation.
• Track record of driving measurable brand impact through content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define UNIPAL's content strategy across Bahrain, KSA, Oman, Qatar and expansion markets.
• Own the editorial calendar end-to-end: ideation, briefing, production, approval, publish.
• Lead creative direction on brand partner activations and campaign content.
• Operate and improve the content ops system.
• Build, manage, and develop the content team: creatives, videographers, copywriters.
• Set and hit content KPIs tied to brand awareness, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
