Job summary

Club House Lagoon, Manama, is seeking a Sales Manager - Real Estate (Arabic Speaker) to lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives for property developments in a full-time, on-site capacity. Strong leadership, bilingual communication, and a proven real estate sales track record are required.

You will develop and manage budgets, oversee campaigns, analyze market trends, and maintain relationships with clients and agents worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate / Property Development with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve objectives.
• Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
• Identifies market opportunities and property trends.
• Handles client and agent relationships locally and globally.
• Leads recruitment and development for the Sales & Marketing team.
• Monitors budgets and reviews procedures to optimize operations.
