Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain seeks a highly motivated GCC Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the GCC for our ultra-luxury resort. You will craft strategic plans, manage key accounts, and partner with marketing to elevate the hotel’s regional presence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality sales, a strong GCC network, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong GCC network and proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic GCC sales plan to drive revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GCC region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; report on industry trends.
