Job summary

Nass Corporation is seeking a Civil QA/QC Inspector to ensure construction activities comply with drawings, specs and ITPs. You will verify materials, perform inspections and maintain records, while following up on NCRs and corrective actions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree/diploma and 3-5 years of site QA-QC experience, with strong reading of drawings and good communication skills. Work location is on-site in Bahrain.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in civil construction and QA-QC inspections.
• Good knowledge of ITP, method statements, IR, NCR and material inspections.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of the project quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect civil construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specs, ITPs and quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions.
• Verify materials, conduct testing, document results and monitor construction quality.
• Coordinate inspections and support the QA-QC team in closing outstanding quality issues.

Job description

Responsible for inspecting civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs and quality standards and maintaining inspection records while following up on NCRs and corrective action.

Verification of materials, testing, documentation, monitor and control the quality of construction activities.

Coordinate inspections and support the QA-QC team for maintaining records of the closing outstanding quality issues

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

3-5 years of experience in civil construction and QA-QC inspections

Good knowledge of ITP, method statements, IR, NCR and material inspections.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications.

Knowledge of the project quality standards.
