QA-QC Inspector

Job summary

NASS Group & Corporation is seeking a capable QA/QC Inspector to oversee site inspections, testing, and documentation on infrastructure projects. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and procedures while coordinating with engineers, consultants, and suppliers.

The role requires a civil engineering background, 3+ years in construction QA/QC, and strong communication skills to operate effectively on site with multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction/QA/QC experience on infrastructure projects.
• GCC construction experience preferred; temporary works experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inspection, testing, drawings, specs, and quality procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship
• Verify inspections, tests, trials, measurements, and results in accordance with approved procedures
• Review technical results and identify discrepancies or non-conformities
• Report adverse results, quality issues, and Client/Consultant rejections to the QA/QC Manager
• Ensure inspection and testing equipment is properly used, maintained, stored, and calibrated
• Maintain equipment and calibration registers and quality records
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Client Representatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Support corrective actions, NCR close-out, and other quality control activities
• Perform other duties assigned by the Site QA/QC Manager
