Job summary

Mazad is seeking a detail-oriented Product Coordinator to support the full product lifecycle at Mazad. You will write user stories, maintain the backlog, and partner with engineering and design to keep projects on track.

You will conduct market research, analyze usage data, and help plan sprints, release notes, and documentation. Familiarity with agile tools (Jira/ClickUp/Asana) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product, project coordination, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curious about users with a problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborative across teams and agile-friendly.
• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA) or SQL.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles or Figma.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in marketplace or auction houses.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch review.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and help maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
• Conduct customer and market research, gather feedback, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Analyze product data and usage metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with engineering and design teams, helping unblock issues and keep projects on track.
• Assist in planning and running sprints, standups, and product reviews.
• Help prepare product documentation, release notes, and internal communications.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends and share relevant findings with the team.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization discussions.
