Job summary

Mazad B.S.C (C) “Mazad” is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable software across web and mobile products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement robust architectures, and guide junior developers while ensuring security and performance.

The role requires strong experience in PostgreSQL, NoSQL, AWS, and CI/CD, with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on full stack experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB.
• Proficient in distributed system design and messaging middleware principles.
• Proficient in AWS services (EC2, Cognito, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS).
• Proficient in TDD and clean architecture.
• Proficient in CI/CD.
• Capable to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Write robust, highly reusable, well-tested code.
• Project management and participating in daily Scrum meetings.
• Lead development and implementation of Mazad digital products (apps, websites, integrations).
• Design and implement complex software architectures for scalability.
• Write high-quality code across frontend and backend technologies.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to juniors.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks for optimal UX.
• Implement security measures and protect user data.
• Manage deployment pipelines and coordinate with DevOps teams.
