Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a revenue management leader to drive pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies across Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort. This role focuses on maximizing profitability and market share through data-led decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has pre-opening experience, strong understanding of PMS/RMS, and a track record of optimizing revenue streams in luxury resort environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or finance is required.
• At least 2 years in a Revenue Manager role at a comparable hotel.
• Familiar with PMS, RMS and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening setup of the Revenue Management function for both properties.
• Develop revenue strategies across rooms, F&B, and ancillary outlets.
• Establish pricing, yield, and inventory strategies based on demand and forecasting.
• Manage distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA performance.
• Conduct market and demand analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on commercial strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
