Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening HR and P&C planning across departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Build pre-opening recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
• Design training programs to prepare teams for opening and operations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
