Job summary

CTM360 is seeking a Junior Business Development (Post-Sales) to renew and upsell existing customers and sustain strong relationships. You will support sales activities, coordinate with internal teams, and manage contracts and NDAs while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive, creative mindset and the ability to develop action plans in line with our sales process and future roadmap. Full-time position based in Bahrain.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in IT & Security Sales (preferred).
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with high level of efficiency and accuracy.
• Understanding of the B2B sales process and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Renew and upsell current customers and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team.
• Handle contractual agreements and NDAs and liaise with other departments.
