Job summary

Unipal in Bahrain is seeking a Partnership Manager to bring top brands on board, focusing on multi-branch F&B and retail groups that matter to students. You will own outreach, negotiations, contracts, and onboarding, working closely with Marketing, Accounts Management and Product to tailor offers.

You will build strong relationships with business owners and brand managers, hit monthly targets, manage CRM, report results clearly, and contribute market feedback to improve Unipal's student offers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in partnerships or BD with closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Bahrain brand landscape.
• Comfortable with monthly targets and KPIs.
• Experience with CRM and contracts.
• Attention to detail in partner handovers.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign student-relevant brands across Bahrain.
• Own the full partnership cycle: outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
• Represent Unipal in partner meetings and local business events.
• Ensure every new partner is a good long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a smooth onboarding.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, deals closed, and category coverage.
• Keep your CRM pipeline clean and report your numbers clearly.
• Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product to improve our offers.
• Share what works with the wider Bahrain partnerships team.

About The Role

Students come to Unipal for great offers from brands they love. Your job is to bring those brands on board in Bahrain, with a focus on the bigger names: multi-branch brands, F&B and retail groups, and the categories students care about most. You will find, pitch, negotiate, and sign high-quality partners, and hit your monthly targets. You will work closely with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product.

What You Will Do

• Find and sign student-relevant brands across Bahrain, in line with Unipal's categories, with a focus on multi-branch brands and groups

What you bring

• Strong negotiation skills: you can agree terms that work for the partner and for Unipal
• Strong relationship-building skills with business owners and brand managers
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and its brand landscape
• Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and a CRM
• Careful with details in contracts and partner handovers
• A good understanding of what students want from brands

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or a growing company
• Experience with youth or student-focused brands
• Fluent Arabic and English
