Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd, Bahrain-based restaurant group, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium dining concepts and support the launch of a new casual dining brand.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, a track record in profitability and guest experience, and experience with new openings and expansion. GCC experience is preferred but Bahrain experience is not essential.

Location: Bahrain

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to lead a growing independent restaurant group in Bahrain, overseeing multiple established dining concepts and supporting the launch of a new casual dining brand, with further expansion planned.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple premium dining restaurants within a quality-driven hospitality group.
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability, financial performance and cost control.
