Job summary

Haji Hassan Group in Bahrain seeks an experienced supervisor for pipe fabrication. The role requires more than 5 years in pipe manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and leadership to train and manage fabricators and welders.

The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills, knowledge of HDPE heat behavior, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with multilingual communication abilities in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tamil a plus).

Job description

• Experience level: More than 5 years of experience in the pipe manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Skills:
  Excellent fabrication skills, including material marking, layout arrangement, and working with HDPE heat behavior.
  Strong leadership ability to supervise, train, and manage a team of fabricators and welders.
  Proficient in MS Word and Excel with strong multilingual skills (English is a must; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tamil is a plus).
  
• Qualifications:
  Secondary School Certificate.
  Deep understanding of piping/drainage systems, pipelines, manholes, and fabrication techniques.
  Sound knowledge of manufacturing Quality Control and Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) standards.
