Advanced Search in Bahrain is seeking a visionary and enthusiastic Director of SPA to lead luxury spa operations, shaping innovative wellness strategies and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily spa operations, oversee budgeting and P&L, drive marketing partnerships, and mentor a professional team while ensuring compliance and sustainability. Fluent English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa management or luxury hospitality with leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Spa management certifications are a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue growth.
• Excellent team leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive spa and wellness strategy aligned with brand luxury positioning.
