Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' spa therapy experience in luxury hospitality or luxury customer service.
• Higher Secondary School certificate or equivalent.
• Professional health therapy qualification (nationally recognized).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Perform spa treatments to the highest standards, following protocols.
• Prepare therapists for guests, conduct consultations, and handle queries effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe spa environment in line with regulations.
• Oversee therapist training paths, maintain treatment room standards, and participate in product-house training.
• Keep treatment costing and inventory par stock updated, minimize waste, and ensure cost of sales aligns with budget.
• Achieve retail sales targets through personal prescriptions, provide beauty demonstrations, and maintain product knowledge.
• Motivate and train spa associates to provide excellent therapy services, monitor therapist performance, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
