Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in luxury hotel or fine dining, knowledge of international cuisine, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
