EliteHire is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee all sales activities and lead a team of sales representatives in Muharraq, Bahrain. This contract role offers a monthly salary of 1,600 USD with accommodation and visa support.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, manage the team, and ensure targets are met or exceeded while maintaining strong client relationships and effective communication. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
• Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
