Job summary

Accor invites a dynamic Sales Executive to join Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain, part of our luxury portfolio in Manama. You will identify and secure corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group opportunities, conducting client visits, proposals, and site inspections.

You will maintain relationships with key accounts, coordinate with Reservations, F&B, Events teams, and monitor market trends to achieve monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hotel sales experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain hospitality market and corporate accounts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, conference facilities, banqueting, and other services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities promptly.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle client feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
