Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Bahrain Bay is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to support our luxury culinary team. You will assist in leading kitchen operations, ensure quality, presentation, and consistency in line with Four Seasons' luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of culinary experience, familiarity with international cuisine, and strong leadership and communication skills. A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred, and you thrive under pressure

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.

• Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
