Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual, communication, and presentation systems throughout the hotel. This role ensures the successful execution of conferences, meetings, weddings, and events by providing professional technical support and maintaining the highest standards.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT or related field.
2–3 years of experience as an Audio Visual Technician in luxury/hospitality/events.

Responsibilities

Install, set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment (projectors, screens, sound systems, mics, video conferencing).
Provide technical support for conferences, meetings, weddings, banquets, and events.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on AV systems.
Troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations and guest events.
Coordinate with Banquets, Events, IT, and Engineering to meet AV requirements.
Test and verify equipment functionality before scheduled events.
Maintain inventory records of AV equipment, tools, and parts.
Ensure systems comply with Four Seasons standards and safety regulations.
Recommend improvements to enhance AV capabilities and guest experiences.
Provide exceptional service to guests and internal stakeholders on AV requests.
