Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an apprenticeship is preferred.
• Experience with painting materials and surface preparation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair luxury property and furnishings to hotel standard.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces with appropriate materials.
• Patch plaster, stucco and install wall coverings as needed.
• Maintain stock of shop inventory and ensure safety at all times.
• Keep work area clean, organized and on schedule.
