Job summary

FENDI in Manama seeks a Store Ambassador to deliver a elevated luxury customer journey, embody Brand DNA, build loyalty, and recruit new clients to achieve sales goals.

The role requires 2+ years in fashion/luxury sales, a Bachelor's degree preferred, excellent communication, and fluent English; additional languages are a plus. You will use CRM tools and a premium retail IT system to support operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fashion or luxury sales
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Passion for retail and fashion trends
• Excellent communication skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient
• Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead individual sales and achieve targets and KPIs
• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-sell across product categories
• Provide outstanding service per company guidelines
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture FENDI loyalty
• Operate retail IT system for stock, payments, inquiries, and CRM data
• Support store operations activities
