Euro Motors in Bahrain is seeking a refined and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our luxury automotive division. You will represent a pinnacle of automotive engineering and deliver a world-class brand experience for a sophisticated clientele.

You will actively seek new opportunities, present and sell vehicles, and build lasting relationships to exceed sales targets. Fluency in English is required, a driving licence is essential, and CRM/MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the luxury automotive industry.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport and create lasting relationships.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, networking, and prospecting.
• Present, promote, and sell our range of vehicles to prospective and existing customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
• Provide customers with accurate product information, quotations, and advice on financing options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Keep abreast of product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
